the hoppesch's

friday night we had the hoppesch's over for a look at the finished built-in (joe helped me get started on the project a couple months back), then had some dinner and a fire to boot. i made some lettuce wraps (based on a P.F. Changs recipe, click here for recipe) and grilled ribs. the wraps were excellent.... check the recipe out. it was great to meet joe's wife, kristen for the first time. we vowed to introduce them to a "king crab night" at some point in the future... (a tradition that my sister heather, and her husband matt have adopted).
