All dressed up and no place to go.....

We went out for a special dinner to celebrate Raina's 1st birthday. Kona is a new place in town that Shane has been to several times with colleagues so this was my chance to finally try their sushi rolls. I ignored the nagging voice in the back of my head telling me that Raina wouldn't sit still long enough for us to be seated. It's a beautiful place and Raina sat like an angel listening to stories while we waited to be sat. She ate her snacks while we looked at the menu and flashed a smile at the waiter as he took our order. Alas before our wine or appetizers were served, she was off and running. After each taking a turn chasing her up and down the sidewalk, we threw in our napkins, asked our waiter to box it all up, and we headed home to enjoy our sushi and let our birthday girl run free.
